You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hardware retail and truss plant, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities
Ensuring orders are completed on schedule
Communicating with staff, management and clients
Implementing productive work systems and processes
Maintaining strong safety practices across the plant & store
Supervising and supporting staff to achieve production and sales targets
