Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Leadership: Manage and expand an established client base to meet targeted sales and business objectives.
Strategic Growth: Identify new market opportunities, introduce cutting-edge product lines, and execute tailored account plans.
Technical Consultation: Translate complex product features into practical, real-world solutions through customer engagement and technical discussions.




Field & Market Presence: Plan and execute regular customer call cycles, conduct site visits, and represent KChem at key industry trade events.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasts, activity tracking, and pipeline data.

What We Look For
Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical sales experience in industrial coatings or chemicals.
Skills: Proven relationship-building skills, strong analytical skills, and excellent time management.
Requirements: A full, clean driver's license, willingness to travel for client visits, and the legal right to work in Australia.
