Hazeldenes is seeking a Team Leader to ensure the effective use of employee skills and resources in our Victoria manufacturing operations. The role is predominantly on the production floor (roughly 75%), driving alignment with schedules, safety and quality targets and developing the team.
You will mentor staff, manage breaks and rotations, and collaborate with HR on performance and disciplinary processes while promoting a positive, inclusive culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
