Viva Leisure is seeking a Facility Manager for the Plus Fitness Rydalmere site as it moves to a brand-current space. You will lead end-to-end operations, including reception, gym floor, group fitness, retail and wellness areas while maintaining a protected, welcoming workplace for members and staff.
You’ll manage rostering, recruitment, compliance and administration, drive membership growth and coach a multi-service team.
