Adventist HealthCare is seeking an Executive Assistant to the office of the Chief Medical Officer at the Sydney Adventist Hospital. The role is in office, supporting governance, communications, medico-legal processes and digital-enabled workflows with Teams and SharePoint.

You will coordinate key meetings, support doctor engagement and track deliverables across priorities, while building robust relationships with senior clinicians and executives in a not-for-profit health system.
