Sofia on Cleveland is a 90-seat contemporary Mediterranean restaurant in Sydney seeking a hands-on Hospitality Manager to run service, support staff, oversee bar and beverage operations, and ensure guests receive the warm, skilled experience we’re known for.
You will work closely with the team, inspiring others, managing busy weekend services, and providing leadership that helps guide the venue to its next chapter. RSA required and wine knowledge preferred.
