Ambition Health Group in Newcastle is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to deliver person-centred care for clients with complex mental health and behavioural needs.
You will work on a 24-hour roster, including day, afternoon, overnight and sleep-over shifts, to support independence and dignity in daily life.
