As the Operations Assistant, you will provide broad day-to-day support across office administration, client communication, scheduling, reporting and document management.
You will also assist with deliveries of tools & equipment to our various sites across Metro-Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
Managing and triaging incoming emails
Responding to clients and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
Answering and directing phone calls
Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
Providing ad hoc support to management and the wider team
Delivering tools, equipment & paperwork to site
Conducting site inspections to provide progress reports for ongoing projects
About you
Previous experience in Administration, Office Coordination, Operations support or a similar role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership
Practical and adaptable, with a genuine willingness to help wherever needed
Comfortable working within a blue-collar, operational environment
A willingness to learn recent systems and processes
Current valid forklift license or willingness to obtain
