Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking a Demi Chef to join our hotel kitchen brigade.
You will contribute to a high standard of service, work collaboratively with a team, and adhere to kitchen policies and food safety standards.
We are looking for a professional with a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, at least 2 years' experience, and a passion for all kitchen sections including banquets, buffets and a la carte.
The role is permanent part time with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
