Lead residential and capital works projects from inception to completion, delivering on time, within budget and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks and milestones.
Coordinate project teams, stakeholders and contractors.
Manage procurement, tenders and contracts.
Provide transparent project reporting to senior stakeholders.
What you need
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in NSW Government experience, experience with residential capital and compliance upgrade projects.
Applicants must demonstrate a robust background in construction and/or capital works project delivery.
5+ years’ experience in an end-to-end Project Manager role, with a construction or capital works focus.
