Store Manager

We seek an experienced, energetic and entrepreneurial Store Manager to join our Chadstone store. You are a well versed retail professional who embodies our brand values and who can deliver outstanding strategic and operational results in the business.

Leading a truely dedicated team within a high performing and supportive culture, you will champion robust client relationships and impeccable store standards, with solid commercial results.

Key responsibilities include:
Drive sales, KPIs and team performance
Build a robust clienteling culture (CRM, outreach, appointments)
Coach,



develop and motivate a high-performing team
Ensure operational excellence: rosters, stock accuracy, reporting, compliance
Partner with Head Office on people, training, onboarding, and performance

What You Bring
Demonstrated leadership experience in luxury or premium retail
Ready To Wear retail experience is highly preferred and advantageous
Menswear experience advantageous
Robust clienteling and communication skills
A polished, professional presence
Ability to coach, motivate and build team capability
High standards, attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
