Monash Health’s CORE Adolescent Team provides specialist mental health assessment and treatment for youths aged 12–17 in the Southern Region. Roles may extend to under-12s to ensure continuity of care across the service. Clinic-based with occasional outreach, you’ll collaborate across agencies to deliver wraparound support.
The role requires experience in mental health, knowledge of national practice standards, and a multidisciplinary approach within a large public health system in Victoria.
