Join a large growing Property Management team managing an initial portfolio of 80 tenancies , predominantly retail and commercial office, with the portfolio capped at 150 . You’ll have dedicated Assistant PM support and the benefit of a highly systemised operation.
About You:
5+ years' commercial property management experience
Strong retail and/or commercial office experience
Solid working knowledge of Retail Leases Act
Qualified, organised and commercially minded
Confident managing landlord, tenant and contractor relationships
