CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking a Program Manager – Homelessness, Mental Health & AOD to lead a dedicated team of Caseworkers in Hornsby. You will provide clinical supervision, shape practice, and strengthen pathways across homelessness, mental health and community services.

You will drive high-quality, trauma-informed, strengths-based casework, building partnerships and ensuring outcomes that improve housing stability and client wellbeing.
