We are currently seeking experienced and reliable LO Operators to join a state-of-the-art, highly automated distribution facility.
This isn't your typical warehouse!
You'll be working in a modern facility featuring:
Advanced automation and robotics
Basketball court and soccer facilities in the break area
Excellent lunch and breakroom facilities
A clean, modern, and highly organized warehouse environment
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay rates starting from $38 per hour
THE ROLE
As an LO Operator, you will be responsible for order picking and warehouse operations across both commercial business and direct-to-customer orders.
Your duties will include:
Operating LO order picker safely and efficiently
Picking stock accurately from warehouse locations
Moving and replenishing stock
Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets




Maintaining a safe and organized work area
Following all site safety and operational procedures
YOU MUST HAVE
Current and valid LO license
Minimum 6 months' LO operating experience with ability to successfully complete and pass LO driving assessment
Previous order picking/warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable transport and excellent attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
PR-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Successful applicants must be able to:
Provide aclear Police Check issued within the last 6 monthsor be willing to obtain one
Successfully completeDrug & Alcohol testing
Successfully complete aphysical assessment
Successfully complete the requiredLO assessment
