Our client is seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to provide immediate support during a key remuneration cycle.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, supporting remuneration activities across a complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the upcoming remuneration and salary review cycle
Provide remuneration support across all HEW classification levels
Work across relevant awards, salary structures and remuneration frameworks
Support remuneration analysis, benchmarking and salary-related activities
Provide accurate remuneration advice and support to stakeholders
Partner with People & Culture and broader business stakeholders
Key Requirements
Experience as a Remuneration & Benefits Specialist,
Remuneration Analyst or Reward Specialist
Demonstrated experience supporting remuneration and salary review cycles
Strong understanding of awards, salary structures and remuneration frameworks
Solid analytical and Excel capability
Ability to work independently
Higher education experience highly regarded
Exposure to HEW classifications and salary structures highly regarded
Immediate start with an initial 4-6 week assignment
Potential for a longer fixed-term contract
