What you'll do
Provide planning and roadmap development for digital initiatives.
Lead and manage program and project delivery efforts, focusing on scope, dependencies, and risks.
Engage with technical specialists to understand project impacts.
Identify business growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
Develop governance frameworks, policies, and standards for consistency.
Manage stakeholder relationships and lead team development.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience contributing across business, customer experience and technology workstreams within transformation or delivery environments.
Practical knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP, supported by relevant certification or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of business and process analysis approaches, with the ability to translate requirements into clear delivery outcomes.
Experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Project and Jira, to support planning, tracking and reporting.
Sound understanding of risk, issue,



dependency and quality management, with the judgement to elevate matters appropriately.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Developing commercial and financial acumen, with experience supporting project budgets, resourcing and delivery performance.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and agentic solutions to improve delivery outcomes, efficiency and innovation.
