We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee our building and construction projects in Docklands, Victoria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This permanent, full time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the success of our organisation in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities in office.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labour and materials.
Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.




Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.
Implement best practices for construction methods and techniques.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the building and construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., White Card).
