Youthworks is seeking a Fundraising Manager to join our Donor & Community Relations team. You will lead multi-channel fundraising initiatives, optimise donor journeys, and drive direct marketing and digital campaigns to support our mission.

You will report on performance, mentor staff, collaborate with churches, schools and families in our ministry, and help shape future fundraising strategies for Youthworks in Current South Wales.
