HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated and reliable Compounding Assistants to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Coorparoo.
Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their team and is looking for individuals who are eager to learn and build a long-term career within a clean and modern production environment.
Both day and afternoon shifts are available with immediate starts on offer.
Shifts:
Monday to Friday | 6:54am to 3:00pm | $***** per hour
Monday to Thursday | 1:00pm to 9:06pm & Friday | 11:00am to 7:06pm | $***** per hour

About the Role:
Working within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for preparing, checking, labelling and packing products while ensuring strict quality and safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking materials and components for production orders
Performing quality checks and accurately labelling products
Packing and boxing finished products for dispatch
Preparing materials for the compounding process
Checking product information, batch numbers and expiry dates
Sanitising materials before production
Transferring prepared products into clean room environments
Completing production documentation and records
Using computer systems to support daily operations
Following strict quality, safety and hygiene procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What We're Looking For:

Basic computer skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or pharmaceutical environments is highly regarded but not essential
