Tattoo Studio Front of House Receptionist / Studio Coordinator
We're a new, premium tattoo studio in Brisbane, and we're looking for an organised, confident and personableFront of House Receptionist / Studio Coordinatorto become an integral part of our team.
This is more than a traditional reception role.
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and the person helping keep the studio running smoothly day-to-day.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, confident dealing with people, has great attention to detail and can comfortably juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
The role
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client bookings, enquiries and appointments
Taking deposits and managing booking payments
Coordinating artist schedules and ensuring the day runs smoothly
Responding to emails, social media enquiries and client messages
Conducting client consultations and helping clients understand the booking process
Providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience for every client
Managing cancellations, rescheduling and general client communication
Responding to and managing Google and social media reviews
Maintaining accurate client and booking information
Ordering and restocking studio and tattoo supplies
Keeping the reception and front-of-house areas organised and presentable
Liaising with tattoo artists and assisting with their day-to-day studio needs
Helping coordinate stock, deliveries and general studio organisation
Assisting with the overall smooth running of the studio
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Is extremely organised and loves keeping things running efficiently




Is confident, friendly and professional when dealing with clients
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has strong attention to detail
Can confidently manage multiple bookings, enquiries and tasks at once
Is proactive and capable of working independently
Is comfortable having conversations with clients and conducting consultations
Has a professional and polished presentation
Is reliable and flexible
Is confident using computers and booking/admin systems
Has a genuine interest in the tattoo industry and creative environment
Previous experience in a tattoo studio is a bonus, but absolutely not essential.An understanding of tattooing, the booking process and studio setting would be highly regarded.Experience withTimelyor another booking/point-of-sale system would also be highly regarded.
