The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a full time Logistics & Operations Assistant to join our dedicated team.
Working alongside our production and logistics teams, you will assist with warehouse operations, product despatch and general factory operations.
This is a hands-on day shift position, with overtime available when required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with warehouse operations
Loading of tankers and export containers
Assist with general production and factory operations
Operate mobile plant and equipment when trained and authorised
Seasonal product batching as required
Conduct monthly warehouse stocktakes
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Report equipment faults, hazards,



incidents and quality issues
Complete required production and quality documentation
Follow company safety, quality and environmental procedures
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a factory, warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous
Experience working with dangerous goods or hazardous substances is advantageous
A valid forklift licence and relevant experience
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training and job rotation
Ability to follow procedures and maintain a high standard of housekeeping
