The role requires staying with both children together and creating a safe, predictable, and positive environment.
We value calm, patient, adaptable, and person-centred approaches, with experience in autism support, PDA-informed or low-demand strategies, and strong communication.
NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and First Aid are preferred.
