As part of our growing operations team, you'll be ensuring every car we deliver is safe, roadworthy, and ready for the road.
Responsibilities
We're looking for experienced Automotive Mechanics (with RWC/Pink Slip License), to join our Sydney team in brand-new Chullora!
You'll inspect, repair, and ensure vehicles are roadworthy, meeting Cars24 high standards before delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting mechanical, electrical, and safety inspections
Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on brakes, suspension, engines, and more
Preparing vehicles for roadworthiness and compliance
Performing quality control checks before handover
Documenting all work completed for compliance and transparency
Collaborating with operations and delivery teams to keep things moving smoothly
Requirements
Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent (essential)
Solid mechanical experience in a dealership or high-volume workshop (2-3 years minimum)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety
Great teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to undergo a police and background check
RWC certification (must)
Competitive salary + super + overtime available
