Job Description
Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our Conference & Events operations, delivering exceptional banquet experiences and driving service excellence.
Reporting to the F&B; Events Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and train staff, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to support revenue growth while maintaining brand standards.
