Endeavour Group is seeking a Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to embed a holistic culture of care across NSW and ACT stores and venues. You will partner with retail and hospitality teams to prevent incidents, ensure compliance, and champion the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Strategy on the ground.
Travel across sites is required; you will conduct inspections, lead investigations, deliver WHS training, and support audits while building solid relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
