PDP Fine Foods, Australia's leading chilled dessert producer, is seeking a Quality Guardian for night shift. You will monitor production, ensure GMP and food safety compliance, and drive positive release decisions on raw materials to finished desserts.

You’ll report to the Quality Manager, perform audits, calibrations, environmental monitoring, and improvements with a team-oriented production team, while maintaining meticulous records for auditors.
