What you'll be doing
We're looking for anAccommodation Supervisorto lead the day-to-day running of our Chinchilla feedlot's living facilities - keeping them secure, clean, and welcoming, and making sure every team member feels at home.
You will:
Be the friendly first point of contact for all residents
Oversee building, garden, and facility maintenance
Lead the accommodation team, including cooks and cleaners
Keep everything compliant with legislative and company standards
Manage bookings, inspections,
and accurate records
Welcome and induct recent starters into camp life
Keep camp consumables stocked and accounted for
What you'll bring
A genuine people person with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Clear written and verbal communicator
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
