Change for Youth Foundation in South Brisbane is seeking a Learning Support Mentor to deliver intensive, one-to-one learning and wellbeing support for children in out-of-home care across Queensland.
You will mentor students weekly in maths and literacy, guided by trauma-informed practices and a connected care model.
Training is provided, and you will report progress to teachers, carers, and program managers, helping to close curriculum gaps and re-engage students with education.
