About Us
Norlane Dental Aesthetics & Implants is a well-established, award-winning dental practice in Geelong providing everything from routine dental care through to advancedimplant dentistry, full-arch rehabilitation, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and sleep dentistry.
You'll work alongside a large and experienced clinical team, including dentists, support staff and visiting anesthetists, in a practice equipped with modern technology including3D imaging, OPG, CEREC, intraoral scanners and cameras, and modern Sirona dental chairs.

The Opportunity
We're looking for apositive,



reliable and motivated Dental Assistantwho enjoys working as part of a team and genuinely cares about creating a great experience for patients.
This isn't a role where you'll be limited to doing the same thing every day.
You'll have opportunities to assist across a broad range of treatments, learn new skills and become an important part of both our clinical team and the overall patient journey.
Your role will include:
Chairside assisting for general and advanced dental procedures
Assisting with implant and surgical procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and clinical equipment
Maintaining exceptional infection control and sterilization standards
Supporting patients before, during and after treatment
Working closely with dentists and the wider clinical team
Helping keep the practice running efficiently
Providing reception and front desk support when required

Previous Dental Assisting experience is preferred, particularlyimplant or surgical experience, but it is not essential.
ACertificate III in Dental Assistingis also preferred; however, we welcome applicants who are current to the industry and willing to complete their Certificate III.
Successful applicants without the qualification will be required to commence/obtain their Certificate III within the required timeframe after joining our team.
Experience withCareStackis an advantage but not essential — we'll provide training.
