About the Opportunity
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for aggressively growing Milwaukee's market share across the plumbing category within your assigned territory covering the ACT,
Riverina and Far South Coast regions of Recent South Wales.
This is a highly field‑based, consultative role where you will work directly with end users, partners and distributors to convert existing brand users to Milwaukee through product demonstrations, technical expertise and solid relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Drive market share growth through targeted user engagement and on-site product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region
Proactively acquire new customers and convert existing users from competitor brands
Identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to drive market share growth
What You Will Bring
Trade, Field Sales or End User Sales experience
Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and educate users
Robust organisation, time management and problem‑solving capabilities
Experience using CRM systems (desired)
A proactive, competitive mindset with a strong drive to achieve results
A passion for learning and continuous development
Flexibility to travel overnight when required
Full driver's license with excellent driving record
