Welcome Hospitality is seeking a motivated Venue Manager (3IC) for our Moonee Beach/Toroomina venues on the Coffs Coast. This hands-on role suits an experienced Duty Manager ready to take the next step, leading shifts and ensuring a consistently excellent guest experience.

You will manage day‑to‑day operations, supervise staff, ensure RSA, gaming and WHS compliance, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive service standards across the venue.
