Tip Top Bakeries is recruiting a Production Supervisor for our Ermington site to lead a large frontline team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
You will ensure safe, efficient production that meets high quality standards and daily targets.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive performance, build capability, and partner with Quality, Reliability and Site Leadership to optimise plant performance.
A solid safety culture and continuous improvement mindset are essential.
