We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Advisor to join a high-performing team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll services across a large workforce. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies while providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
Working a friendly and supportive team of 5
Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business, efficiently managing employees’ queries
Maintain integrity of payroll data and conduct robust audit processes
Interpret complex awards and enterprise agreement provisions
Processing of new starter and terminations
Responding to any payroll queries
Assisting with end of month / end of year activities

Strong attention to detail
Experience in a complex and rapid-paced business (2000 + employees)
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
Experience in Dayforce System (Must have)
