Department of Housing & Public Works QLD – Chermside QLD is seeking a Regional Property Asset Officer to manage a diverse housing property portfolio, conduct inspections, assess conditions and provide asset management recommendations.

You will prepare reports, align maintenance with standards, engage stakeholders, and contribute to long-term asset planning while promoting safety.

This role offers independent work with collaboration and the chance to improve housing outcomes across Queensland.
