Job Description
Hand in Hand Disability Support is seeking Disability Support Workers to assist participants across North Brisbane.
You will provide personal care, medication help, and community access in a 24-hour care workplace.
Ideal candidates have a Certificate III/IV in Disability or Community Services and at least 1 year of experience, with CPR/First Aid, Blue Card, NDIS checks, and a valid driver's license.
Training and career progression are available.
