Care to Change is seeking an Area Coordinator (Support Coordinator) to service the Brisbane and Moreton Bay region. The role focuses on coordinating supports within funded plans and assisting participants to meet their goals.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ NDIS coordination experience, solid communication and time management skills, and a transparent understanding of NDIS processes and NDIA engagement. A current driver's licence is required.
