What you need
Demonstrated experience working effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, including the development and delivery of culturally secure health education, prevention, and community development initiatives.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services, including counselling, harm minimisation approaches, and awareness of relevant community health and support services.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships, work collaboratively within a team, and operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy.
