Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock management within a specialist area. You will work with other Department Managers, report to the Operations Manager, and lead a team of 20+ to deliver outstanding service and maintain stock integrity.
You will be responsible for opening/closing the store on a rotating schedule, driving Best Experience, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.
