Our client is seeking an experienced VP of Growth to lead the day-to-day operations and drive the continued growth of a growing business based in Bibra Lake.
This senior leadership role is suited to a commercially focused leader with strong financial, operational and people management skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering $220,000 plus superannuation, with the opportunity to work closely with an established entrepreneur, take ownership of business performance and drive significant growth.
What you'll be doing:
Taking ownership of the P&L; and overall financial performance
Driving top-line and bottom-line growth, including gross profit and EBITDA
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve financial targets
Preparing and presenting financial reports, budgets and forecasts
Leading, developing and building high-performing teams
Hiring exceptional people and developing strong managers
Creating a culture of accountability, curiosity and service excellence
Improving systems, processes and operational performance
Staying close to frontline operations and identifying customer pain points
Continuously improving the customer experience
Setting strategy, priorities and business goals
Allocating resources and making fast, data-informed decisions
Working closely with the General Manager as part of a collaborative leadership partnership
Collaborating with finance, people, product and integration teams




Supporting significant organic growth and future M&A; initiatives
What you'll need:
University degree, with MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
A strong track record of delivering measurable commercial and operational results
Senior leadership or small-to-medium business general management experience preferred
Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting and P&L; experience
FP&A; experience
Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
High emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in people management
Experience hiring, training and developing high-performing teams
A resourceful, hands-on approach with the willingness to roll up your sleeves
The ability to work hard, learn quickly and thrive in a growing business
Previous trades experience is not essential; however, candidates must demonstrate a genuine respect for the trades
