Job Description
Mercure Townsville is seeking a People & Culture Executive to support the full employee lifecycle in a quick‐paced hospitality environment.
You will work on recruitment, onboarding, engagement and development, reporting to the Director of People & Culture and the General Manager.
You'll partner across teams to foster an inclusive, high‐performing workplace, manage HRIS, payroll support and compliance, and contribute to safety and wellbeing programs on site.
