Bankstown Sports invites an experienced Venue Manager to lead Lady Banks Rooftop, Sydney's premier rooftop cocktail bar, delivering premium service and driving revenue.
You will recruit and coach front-of-house teams, design cocktail menus with the culinary team, manage costs, and ensure RSA, RCG and licensing compliance while creating standout guest experiences.
This role offers leadership across events, ongoing development, and a competitive salary package with staff perks.
