Job Description
Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker Level 3 to support expectant parents and families with complex social, health and housing challenges.
You will provide early intervention and coordinated care to strengthen parenting capacity and connect families with health and community services.
You'll work with an experienced team to deliver compassionate practice, professional development, and ongoing support in a setting that values collaboration and staff wellbeing.
