Our hotel never sleeps, and neither does great guest experience. We’re looking for a Full time Assistant Night Manager to support the hotel's smooth overnight operations, lead the night team, and be the go‑to person when it matters most.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting and supervising the Night Audit and Front Office overnight operations
Completing Night Audit
Taking ownership of the overnight operation and acting as the senior point of contact when required
Handling guest concerns and incidents with professionalism and care
Ensuring accurate completion of night audit procedures, reports, and financial reconciliation
Maintaining hotel security and safety standards throughout the night
Maintaining explicit and proactive communication with the wider Front Office team, ensuring issues are followed through and handovers are accurate and complete.
Supporting and developing overnight team members, leading by example and creating a collaborative night environment.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in Front Office or Night Audit
Strong problem‑solving skills and confidence working independently
Excellent communication and guest service skills
A natural sense of responsibility and leadership
Ability to work overnight shifts on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Working rights in Australia
