Sharp & Carter is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our mobile community team on the Gold Coast. The role focuses on helping older Australians remain secure, confident and independent at home, with autonomy but support from a multidisciplinary team.
You’ll manage a community caseload across the Gold Coast, conduct home assessments, recommend equipment and home modifications, and work with nurses and allied health specialists to promote prevention and reablement.
