You will plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance, cleaning, and laundry to keep the home secure, well-presented, and operationally productive.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will guide day-to-day service delivery, ensure compliance, and motivate the team to meet service goals within agreed timelines.
