Key Responsibilities
Help plan and review office services, and establish priorities and service standards for the office
Allocate staff, workspace and equipment across the office
Assign tasks to staff and monitor their performance
Maintain the office's records and financial accounts
Liaise with professionals/managers to coordinate office operations and help resolve issues
Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in valuable working order and adequately stocked
Ensure the office complies with occupational health and safety (OH&S;) requirements
Ensure office practices align with relevant legislation, government policies and procedures
Coordinate HR-related personnel functions, including recruitment, promotions, performance reviews, payroll, staff training and supervision
Experience and requirements
Minimum tertiary qualification in the relevant field.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Strong experience with office management duties
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
