We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join Retail Media Hub. This role is responsible for managing partnerships, coordinating and growing client accounts

You’ll sit at the intersection of account management in media, and marketing — working closely with brands, partners, internal strategists, and media specialists to deliver performance-driven campaigns that create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Partner Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build solid, trusted relationships with stakeholders across marketing clients
Manage client expectations, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
Lead regular WIPs, reporting sessions, and strategic check-ins

Campaign Planning & Execution
Coordinate end-to-end media campaigns
Brief internal teams including media, creative, and performance specialists
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to objectives




Monitor performance and proactively optimise campaigns with the media team

Strategy & Growth
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Support development of retail media strategies and presentations
Contribute to new business pitches and proposals
Help brands navigate the retail media ecosystem with clear recommendations

Reporting & Insights
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Translate data into clear outcomes for clients
Track KPIs and campaign success against agreed objectives

Operations & Administration
Manage budgets, bookings, invoicing support, and campaign documentation
Maintain accurate records in CRM and project management tools

Essential Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in account management or media agency
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisational and project management abilities
Confidence presenting to clients and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
