The Opportunity
Working alongside our existingteam, your role will be to assist with incoming calls and general administration duties within an RTO environment.
Providing exceptional customer service to our students, trainers and the team is a key objective of this role.

Key Responsibilities
Core Functions
Ensure allstudent files and documentationmeet RTO compliance and audit requirements
Manageend-to-end student lifecycle processes(enrolments, commencements, completions, withdrawals)
Conducteligibility checks(FFS, funding, fee waivers) and verify supporting evidence
Maintain accurate and compliant records inaXcelerate
Monitor and resolvedata errors, discrepancies, and outstanding compliance items
Supportreporting and lodgements(QLD DET Portal)
Ensure correct handling ofqualification-specific requirements(e.g. WWCC, supporting documentation)
aXcelerate & Data Management
Enter and maintain data forLLN, attendance, units, and student support notesregularly
Process unit commencements and completions with accuracy
Track student progression and follow up missing or incomplete data
Student & Trainer Support
Professionally respond to student enquiries and manage administrative processes effectively
Work closely with trainers to support compliant delivery
Manage attendance tracking and communication processes
General Administration
Process invoicing and maintain financial records
Manage document control, filing, uploads, and archiving records
Print certificates, manage cards, and coordinate document distribution
Support student placements and liaise with host employers
Requirements
Proven experience inRTO Administration with strong compliance exposure
Positive understanding ofASQA standards and audit expectations
Strong understanding ofQLD Career Start and Carer Boost funding
Strong working knowledge ofaXcelerate (highly regarded)
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Ability to identify and resolvecompliance gaps and risks
Team player, Organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
