Job Description
Townsville Hospital and Health Service in North Queensland seeks an experienced Social Worker to deliver clinical services to adults and older persons within the Townsville catchment.
You will work within a multidisciplinary allied health team, across facilities, to support complex health conditions and rehabilitation needs.
The role supports a patient-centred approach in a regional health system with opportunities for career development and collaboration with JCU partnerships.
